This unique token will be crafted based on your preferences, blending the worlds of art, technology, and architecture to reflect your distinct style.
D'Art Maison (The House of Digital Art) consists of total 1000 members from Museums, Art Collectors, Artists, Gallerist, Curators and Creators alike.
All of our House members will receive a unique link with password to create your personalised AI-driven ''House'' as a token of your membership. It is also a fully tradable membership, limited to 1000 tokens.
You will receive an exclusive membership to our House chat and
VIP Invitation to ours and our partners' global events.
You will be invited to exclusive artists sharing session.
You become co-owner of our House art collections.
3 projects will be launched in 2025 and 5 projects will be launched in 2026 through our extensive network of galleries and partners. Total 8 Artists will be chosen based on our research and support from our collaborators and feedback of our House members. Every artwork will be registered on the blockchain to ensure transparency. Our House receives 40% of royalties from all the art sales.
In 2021, we issued 264 (Limited edition of 88, 3 different artworks) NFTs by Refik Anadol at Digital Art Fair- for 380USD each. In 2022, each work was sold for 2.5 ETH each on OpenSeas. We also reached USD5 Million Auction Sales result for the collection we facilitated with Sotheby's.
Over the past four years, we’ve partnered with over 200 artists and over 100 institutions including galleries, museums, auctions houses and art foundations, generating over USD$10 million in Web 3.0 art sales and continue to support artists in the auction and museum space.
Our D'Art Maison is fully encrypted on Blockchain, driven by AI and supported by Smart Contracts. All the House Artwork will be encrypted on blockchain, despite having a physical elements or not.
The House receives total 40% share of profit from the primary art sales and continue receiving royalties from all future sales of 10% as the artworks' value appreciates. All done on blockchain, you only need a wallet address.

Primary Sales Royalty

Assume the total net profit from the primary sale is USD$400,000 (after production and marketing costs).
The profits will be distributed as below with Smart Contract directly to our patrons:

Genesis House BTC (40% Profit Share):

$400,000 × 40% = $160,000 allocated to Genesis patrons.

Each Genesis Patron’s Share = $160,000 ÷ 20 = $8,000 per Genesis patron.

Prestige House ERC20 (60% Profit Share):

$400,000 × 60% = $240,000 allocated to Prestige patrons.

Each Prestige Patron’s Share = $240,000 ÷ 980 = $244.90 per Prestige patron.

All Future Secondary Sales Royalty (10%)
When the artwork being resold on secondary markets (e.g., OpenSea). Let’s assume that over the next few years, the total resale value of these Digital Art reaches $1,000,000. With a 10% royalty embedded in the smart Contract, this generates:

$1,000,000 × 10% = $100,000 in royalties from the secondary market.
The secondary royalties will also be split between the two House tiers:

$100,000 × 40% = $40,000 in royalties allocated to Genesis patrons.

Each Genesis Patron’s Share = $40,000 ÷ 20 = $2,000 per Genesis patron.
