Terms & Conditions: Ticket Refund Policy for Digital Art Fair 2025

By purchasing a ticket to Digital Art Fair 2025, you agree to the following refund policy and event details:
 

Event Dates and Ticket Types

  • Official Opening Days:
    26th-30th September 2025
    Digital Art Fair at West Kowloon Cultural District. These are exclusive opening days, with special events and exhibitions.
    (Tickets for this event are non-transferable and are eligible for a refund based on the conditions outlined below).

     

  • Public Tickets:
    28th-30th September 2025
    Open to the general public for the full event, including exhibitions, talks, and installations.
    (Public tickets follow the same refund and administration deduction policy).

     

  • Art Path Only – Daytime Wellness Passes:
    21st-24th September 2025 (12-5pm)
    Access to the Art Path and specific installations. (Daytime passes are non-transferable and refundable only as per the terms below).

  • Vernissage Tickets:
    These tickets allow entry during the entire duration of the Art Path and the indoor art fair from 26th-30th September 2025. (Vernissage tickets are also non-transferable and refundable according to the refund policy).

  • Family Pass:
    Families can attend only from 28th-30th September 2025, allowing access to the fair at a discounted rate. (Family Passes are non-transferable and refundable under the same conditions).

  • Concession Pass:
    Offered for students, seniors, and individuals with disabilities, providing discounted entry. (Concession Passes are also non-transferable and refundable in accordance with the terms below).

Children's Entry Policy:

  • Children under 5 years old can enter the fair for free.

  • Children aged 6-18 years must hold a Concession Ticket and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Children are not permitted to enter VIP workshops but can access the VIP lounge when accompanied by an adult.

Ticket Refund Eligibility:

  • Requests for refunds must be made no later than 30 days before the event date (by 27th August 2025).

  • Refund requests made after this deadline will not be considered, and no refunds will be issued.

Refund Amount:

  • For valid refund requests, you will be entitled to receive the ticket price minus an administrative fee of HKD 100 per ticket.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded.

Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [insert email or contact details] with proof of purchase attached.

  • Once a refund request is received and confirmed eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Transferability of Tickets:

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • Any resold or transferred tickets will not be eligible for refunds.

Event Changes or Cancellation:

  • In the event of full cancellation by the event organizers, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, minus the HKD 100 administrative fee per ticket.

  • If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refund requests for rescheduled events will be handled at the discretion of the event organizers.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes regarding the refund process will be handled by Digital Art Fair Ltd. at its sole discretion.

  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with the terms of the refund policy outlined above.

Changes to These Terms:

  • The event organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Any updates will be reflected on the official Digital Art Fair 2025 website.

  • 藝術路之– 日間通行證:
    2025年9月21日至24日 每天12-5pm
    進入藝術路徑及特定裝置。(日間通行證不可轉讓,僅按照以下條款可退款)。

     

  • 開幕式門票:
    此門票允許在2025年9月26日至30日的整個藝術路徑和室內藝術博覽會期間無限次入場,可於每天帶一名朋友進場。 (開幕式門票同樣不可轉讓,並根據退款政策可退款)。

     

  • 家庭通行證:
    家庭僅可在2025年9月28日至30日期間入場,以折扣價入場。 (家庭通行證不可轉讓,並在相同條件下可退款)。

     

  • 優惠通行證:
    提供給學生、老年人和殘疾人士,提供折扣入場。 (優惠通行證也不可轉讓,並根據以下條款可退款)。

     

兒童入場政策:

  • 5歲以下的兒童可免費入場。

  • 6-18歲的兒童必須持有優惠票,並必須在成年人陪同下始終進入。

  • 兒童不得進入VIP工作坊,但可以在成年人的陪同下進入VIP休息室。
     

票務退款資格:

  • 退款請求必須在活動日期前30天內提出(截止至2025年8月27日)。

  • 此截止日期後提出的退款請求將不予考慮,且不予退款。
     

退款金額:

  • 對於有效的退款請求,您有權在扣除每張票HKD 100的管理費用後,獲得票價的退款。

  • 退款將退還剩餘金額。

退款流程:

  • 退款請求必須以書面形式提交至 [插入電子郵件或聯絡資訊],並附上購買憑證。

  • 一旦收到並確認退款請求符合條件,退款將在10個工作日內處理。

  • 退款將通過購買時使用的原付款方式發放。

票務不可轉讓性:

  • 除非另有說明,票務為不可轉讓。

  • 任何轉售或轉讓的票務將不具備退款資格。

活動變更或取消:

  • 如果活動主辦方完全取消活動,您將收到門票價格的全額退款,但需扣除每張票HKD 100的管理費用。

  • 如果活動重新安排,您的票務仍然有效。對於重新安排活動的退款請求,將由活動主辦方自行決定處理。

爭議解決:

  • 關於退款流程的任何爭議將由 數字藝術博覽會有限公司 全權處理。

  • 購買門票即表示您同意遵守上述退款政策的條款。

條款變更:

  • 活動主辦方保留在任何時候修改這些條款和條件的權利,恕不另行通知。

  • 任何更新將反映在 數字藝術博覽會2025 的官方網站上。
